HIV AT-HOME TESTING PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in our HIV At-Home Testing program.  Community Care Resources received federal funding through a grant from the CDC Foundation to support the creation and expansion of community-tailored HIV self-testing programs that help increase access to HIV self-testing in underserved communities and among those most vulnerable to HIV.

This testing method is available for individuals 18 years of age and older who meet the following criteria:

-They must live in the US

-Have NOT tested positive for HIV in the past

-Have NOT tested in the last three (3) months

-You are NOT a medical patient of Community Care Resources
